We are PACTS, International, a non-profit, 501 (c3) organization formed to assist targeted individuals; those affilcted with Havana Syndrome, also known as Anomalous Health Incidents. In other words, targeted individuals are victims of attacks via microwave or other types of drected energy weapons.
